Yamaha Corporation decided on a policy on August 27, 2008, to integrate and consolidate its six regional sales companies located in Europe into a single company. Recently, the integration of the sales companies located in the United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Spain, and Italy has started on schedule.
Please note that along with this integration and consolidation, the former sales subsidiaries in these countries will act as branches of regional sales subsidiary Yamaha Music Europe GmbH.
